Party Mix


4 cups Rice Chex cereal
2 cups Corn Pops cereal
3 cups popcorn
2 cups pretzels (square shape)
5 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. brown sugar
4 oz DCD Peach and Cranberry White Bark, chopped
1 tsp. salt
3 cups popcorn
11 disposable cups


Heat oven to 250 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine cereals, and pretzels. Mix to combine well.
In a small sauce pan, melt butter, brown sugar and bark over a medium-low heat.
Pour melted butter mixture over cereal mixture, toss to combine, and spread on a baking sheet evenly.
Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes to ensure even baking.
Remove from oven and let cool for 30 minutes.
Add popcorn when cooled down. Scoop into individual cups and cover the top of each with Press’n Seal OR plastic wrap secured with a rubber band.

Chef Tips:

  • Sneak in some fruits by topping with fresh berries right before serving.
  • Serve mix in smaller cups for a mini treat and pair it with a yogurt cup or piece of fresh fruit.
