Cocoa Roasted Roots


Baby potatoes (or root vegetables of choice)
Cocoa Seasoning Blend of choice
Coconut oil
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Coriander leaves
Garam masala


Wash and dry potatoes, marinate with oil and salt for 30 minutes.
Heat the oven to 400 degrees. Drizzle water on marinated veggies and cook for 20 minutes.
Turn veggies and cook for another 20 minutes until they are golden brown on edges. Turn off the oven.
Take veggies out, add black pepper, masala, cocoa seasoning blend, and keep them in the oven for another 15 minutes (oven is now off at this point). When ready to serve, add coriander leaves to garnish!

Serve with Naan bread or cooked rice!
